I was able to meet with my site supervisor and it was a quick, 30-minute meeting. Since we had already collaborated on my internship plan in Week 4, he was satisfied with my plan and did not make any improvements, additions, or deletions.
My site supervisor said that he liked my plan and felt good about it. He said that it had a good variety of activities that should be very helpful to me during my internship. He added that I should learn some good things and some “not-so-good” things throughout this process.
As mentioned before, he did not recommend any additions to my plan. We did, however, discuss and agree that if he saw the opportunity for a beneficial activity as the year progressed, I could add it to the plan at a later date.

After reviewing my cohort members’ internship plans, I realize how similar they really are even though we are in different districts and have varying positions in the district. Obviously, it will depend upon the amount of time and energy we each put into the activities within our plans as to what we get out of them. It should be an interesting journey!
